I'm sure you've all seen offers like this. The internet is bombarded with them. Recently, I decided to see if there is really anything to them. Are they a scam? Do you actually get the product they claim?

For example, this offer for a free $250 McDonald's gift card seems too good to be true. The truth however is that these offers are legit! For this offer, all you have to do is enter your email address and zip code to get the process started. Many of these require you to check out some sponsored offers and after that, they send you the gift that you were promised.

I am a member of so many coupon sites I can't even begin to tell you how many. A little over four years ago, I began researching ways to save money, and finding deals online became the biggest money saver of all. There are so many out there, and I want to share them with you so you can take advantage as well.

Whether it's printing coupons for your groceries, saving on clothes or saving on dining out, these websites offer amazing savings to keep more money in your wallet! I know this from first hand experience, if it weren't for the deal and coupon websites I'm signed up for, we'd either be paying a lot more money, or more likely not be buying anything at all!

Date Night!

Do you hear that?

Ahh...the most wonderful sound that a stressed out mother can hear.

It's the sound of nothing, of quietness, of birds chirping outside and the refrigerator running. There are no cartoons on tv, no kids yelling, no one screaming "MOMMMMYYYYY!" at the top of their little lungs.

It's pure bliss, as much as I know what bliss is at this overly worked point in my life.

The kids are at my mom's house for the evening and my husband and I are going OUT! Yes, we are going out to dinner and I am so excited about it. I'm really beginning to see that I need to get out of this house about once a week or I'm ready to pull my hair out.

So I'm sitting here on my front porch waiting for my husband to get home so we can leave, relishing the fact that for a few hours, I get to spend time with the man I love and remember why it was that we fell in love in the first place. 

And why we got married and had these little blessings that I call my kids, but who can also give me a terrible headache at times.

I discovered Ebates a couple of years ago and now everytime I go online to purchase something, I always check to see if the retailer is a member of Ebates. If they are, I get a percentage of my purchase back, and sometimes they have special coupons unique to their program! I've earned at least $100 back in the past two years and have been able to score some pretty good deals as well!

Where did YOU go?

You have kids and spend so much of your time and energy caring for them that one day you wake up, look in the mirror, and wonder what happened to that beautiful young woman you once knew! Between sleepless nights, playing referee in arguments, making sure everyone is dressed, fed and safe, it's easy to spend the entire day in your pajamas!

Heck, as I'm sitting here typing this, I've got my jeans on, but still haven't made it out of my pajama top. I did my makeup, but only because I'm going out with my husband when he gets home, but I still have curlers in my hair.

And the kids are still in their PJ's!

I often wonder to myself, where did *I* go. Occasionally I remember the young woman that once inhabited this body. For some reason though, I struggle with guilt anytime I want to do something for her. Spending time on myself, much less money, is extremely difficult for me!

I've got so many things I want to do and accomplish, I don't even know where to start!

Awesome Work-Out!

I'll be honest, my husband is a "butt" man. So when he ordered the Brazil Butt Lift workout from BeachBody for me, I wasn't surprised. Some of you may be offended if your husband pulled such a stunt, but I wasn't. I love when he buys me things, even workouts, and this one surprisingly is really good! After doing just one workout, I discovered areas of my butt I didn't know existed! The workouts are short and fun and you see results fast! When I finish, I'll post some pictures for you.
